EACH FIRST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH I am trialling a Restorative Yoga and Sound Therapy session from 4.30 till 6.30pm followed by a yoga chat and a glass of wine (provided.) This session will have its own price tag of $30.

All Home Classes are priced as follows:
$20 casual class,
$95 for 5 classes
$180 for 10 classes
To attend the classes I will send out a WhatsApp message on the day of the class. Please confirm with a Y or N reply. The class will go ahead with 2 or more people. If you don’t hear from me again the class will be on.
Private yoga /meditation/Sound Healing classes at my home $90 and at your home $100.
