10.00 – 11.00am Yoga Nidra. Silent morning till Lunch
11.15 – 11.45am Silent Morning Tea
11.45 – 12.30pm Silent Yoga Walk
12.30 – 12.50pm Discussion
1.00 – 2.00pm Lunch
2.00 – 4.00pm Hands, feet and shoulder massages for everyone
4.00 – 5.30pm Afternoon tea and free time
5.30 – 6.30pm Restorative Yoga
6.45 – 7.30pm Supper
7.45 – 9.15pm Sound Healing

Please bring a yoga mat. All other equipment and props provided.
Fully catered. Delicious Vegan food.

Sleeping arrangement are as follows:
4-6 people per bedroom – no bunk beds and 2 bathrooms off each bedroom. We can allow for friendship groups. There are 4 large bedrooms in total.
